ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

• 10 % VAT will be added to the accommodation fees. In case additional expenses arise as new taxes etc, KAMPA Mice holds the right to reflect them on the prices.
• Final date of cancellation for accommodation is August 25, 2024.No cancellations will be accepted after this date. But only name changes will be allowed.
• Accommodation fee is for full board price per night.
• Çeşme Grand Ontur Hotels is a full board accommodation status hotel.
• To participate the congress, the participant should first send a mail to the mail address: info@molmedcongress2024.com informing of their request to participate in the congress. After receiving your written request, we will mail you the budget prepared according to your specific details of participation. We expect you to mail us back your written confirmation of budget mailed to you including the receipt of your bank payment for it. Only after then, your registration will be valid. The confirmations that only include the bank receipt will NOT be accepted as valid. The budget mailed must be also confirmed by the participant and the bank receipt should be attached to their mail back to us. Otherwise, participant will just be placed to the waiting list.
• The congress participants who made made their registration through the organization secretariat for the congress but are not accommodating can enter the congress center between dates September 23-27, 2024, from 09:00 am to 18.00 pm and may use the services of the hotel. They will be charged an extra daily fee of 80 Euro along with the main congress registration fee. Non- accommodating participants who do not pay this fee will not be permitted to enter the congress center.
• Participants who do not stay at the congress hotel Grand Ontur must pay the external participation fee for each day they will attend, along with the congress registration fee.
